EXCHANGE POLICY

At UNCOMMONIST we take great pride in the craftsmanship and exclusivity of every piece we create.

To preserve the integrity of our collections and provide the highest standard of service, we do not offer refunds. Please carefully consider this before making impulsive purchases. 

We are pleased to offer exchanges or store credit for full priced items returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

• All original tags, packaging, and authenticity materials must be included

• Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item.

Customers will be charged 5.99 for a handling / restocking fee. And will cover return shipping. 

Please note:

• Sale, bespoke, made-to-order, and limited-edition items are final sale

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
